Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SE/SSE to join ThinkSeed Systems Pvt. Ltd., a growing startup, focused on developing innovative infotainment and smart access solutions for the automotive industry. As an SE/SSE, you will be responsible for the design and development of Digital Key solution on RTOS and AUTOSAR platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing high quality software for automotive/connectivity/multimedia products, and building deep understanding in cutting-edge technologies

• Follow software development life cycle, industry standard processes, and work closely with customers and partners

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentor software engineers, and foster a collaborative environment to drive the team’s success.

Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in connectivity technologies in the automotive industry. Explore and propose innovative solutions to create/enhance products and their business case.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory:

◦ 2-3 years of experience in embedded systems platform/middleware development in Linux/RTOS

◦ Proficient in C/C++ – Hands-on experience in multi-threaded programming, IPC’s and OS concepts

◦ Candidate should be self-motivated and a go-getter who can quickly learn new things to solve real-world programming challenges

Desirable skills:

◦ Hands-on Experience working in RTOS Embedded Systems.( based on Freertos, Micrium, Segger etc.)

◦ Hands on Experience in AUTOSAR

◦ Comfortable with Hardware interfacing and Hardware debugging required for developing Deep Embedded Software Security/Cryptography:

◦ Familiarity and/or Hands on experience working on Cryptography Algorithms and Security Architectures for Authentication/Encryption
